History of the Company
Podnikatelské účetnictví spol. s r.o. was established as a corporate body by Ing. Eva ©vecová and Ing. Radek ©vec on 1 January 1995. Both the partners have been working in the field of financial services together since 1991.
In 1992 Ing. Eva ©vecová and Radek ©vec started their business activities by implementation of economic systems to newly established or transformed companies formed after privatisation of state enterprises. They worked on their harmonisation and conducted their accounting procedures. At the same time, they trained and improved the qualification of employees of the above mentioned companies. They both contributed to introduction of a new system of taxation in co-operation with the local tax authorities.
In 1995 they transformed their firm into a limited liability company. In the same year they started to organise their own training sessions and courses focused on accounting and tax issues, and the firm obtained an accreditation for organisation of requalification accounting training courses.
