For the purpose of the above mentioned offer, accounting services mean:
Processing of bookkeeping vouchers in accordance with the Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on Accounting, the provision of the Ministry of Financing defining accounting procedures and other related regulations;
Processing of payroll and personnel administration in accordance with the Act No. 1/92 Coll. on Wages and other related regulations;
Provision of professional financially economic and tax assistance in the field of taxes, health and social insurance (Act No. 592/92 Coll. and 589/92 Colll, hereinafter referred to as insurance);
Preparation of documents required mainly for tax returns and insurance statements;
Calculations of tax liabilities, tax and insurance payments, a tax and insurance payment calendar;
In co-operation with the client, negotiations with tax administrators and third parties related to taxes and insurance.
Preparation of an income tax return including enclosures thereto.
The company offers advisory services in the field of conducting of accounting procedures.
For the purpose of the above mentioned offer, advisory services in the field of conducting of accounting procedures means:
Verification of processing of bookkeeping vouchers in accordance with the Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on Accounting, the provision of the Ministry of Financing defining the chart of account and accounting procedures and other related regulations;
Verification of payroll administration;
Verification of prepared accounting guidelines, consultancy during preparation thereof.
For the purpose of the above mentioned offer, accounting services mean:
